Job Responsibility:
Providing administrative support and assistance to the Customer Insight and Engagement Teams
Managing the complaints workflow, logging, and maintaining accurate data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Responding to customer and MP enquiries
Assisting with the coordination and implementation of the Tenant Engagement Programme to ensure that the customer voice is listened to and acted upon.
Requirements:
Triage customer contacts within timescales, giving advice and guidance on issue processing and resolution
Assist in replying to internal colleague enquiries regarding complaints and customer engagement
Processing and administration of compensation and local budget requests
Processing payments through purchase order system
Demonstrate a culture of collaborative working by maintaining effective relationships
Undertake ad hoc administrative duties as and when required
Work effectively with all office systems
Must be proficient in all Microsoft office packages such as excel, word, databases etc.
