You will be instrumental in managing the performance of third-party logistics (3PL) partners in Japan, ensuring that all fulfilment operations meet the brand’s high standards for operational efficiency and client experience.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily inbound, return, storage, order processing, and outbound logistics for all channels
Support operational needs for new store openings, events, and pop-ups
Lead performance reviews with 3PL partners to drive continuous improvement
Serve as the key contact between internal departments and the 3PL provider
Align with global and regional logistics teams on operational standards and reporting
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including order accuracy, lead time, and cost efficiency
Manage non-conformities and drive corrective actions
Coordinate and supervise periodic stock takes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
Over 7 years of experience in logistics, fulfilment, or supply chain operations (experience with 3PL providers preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external partners
Fluent or advanced level English skills
Nice to have:
Exposure to luxury fashion, premium retail, or e-commerce operations is a plus
