Job Description

You will be instrumental in managing the performance of third-party logistics (3PL) partners in Japan, ensuring that all fulfilment operations meet the brand’s high standards for operational efficiency and client experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee daily inbound, return, storage, order processing, and outbound logistics for all channels
  • Support operational needs for new store openings, events, and pop-ups
  • Lead performance reviews with 3PL partners to drive continuous improvement
  • Serve as the key contact between internal departments and the 3PL provider
  • Align with global and regional logistics teams on operational standards and reporting
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including order accuracy, lead time, and cost efficiency
  • Manage non-conformities and drive corrective actions
  • Coordinate and supervise periodic stock takes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Over 7 years of experience in logistics, fulfilment, or supply chain operations (experience with 3PL providers preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Fluent or advanced level English skills

Nice to have

Exposure to luxury fashion, premium retail, or e-commerce operations is a plus
