Job Description

As a Customer for Life Payroll Consultant, you will be the cornerstone of our clients' ongoing payroll success. This role blends technical expertise, consultative problem-solving, and customer advocacy to help businesses optimize their payroll processes over the long term. You’ll manage work item tickets, deliver training, and ensure clients consistently experience value from our payroll solutions.

Requirements

  • Full knowledge of payroll and basic HR legislation
  • Experience with African country payroll legislation
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in PaySpace payroll consulting
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow)
  • JavaScript or similar programming experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
