Job Description

The Customer Financial Services Representative position will be responsible for any or all combinations of the following: Manage assigned accounts and reduce accounts receivable balances by working with customers and the sales team. Recording customer payments, ensure payments are processed timely and within department standards and auditing guidelines. Sales tax certificate setup, validation and maintenance for new or existing customers.

  • Product Data Setup Functions
  • Manage the sales tax certificates email box
  • Create and update product data templates in ecommerce system
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of core product attributes such as SKUs, descriptions, dimensions, weights, country of origin, pricing and images
  • Support product data setup activities under guidance from internal and external teams
  • Ensure required product attributes and documentation are completed in a timely manner
  • Assist with change requests and version updates related to customer product data needs
  • Assist with pricing validation against approved price lists (List, MAP, MSRP, customer-specific pricing as applicable)
  • Identify and report pricing discrepancies or inconsistencies to supervisor
  • Respond to data-related requests from internal and external teams
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings as needed
  • Support ad hoc reporting requests related to product and pricing data

  • Strong problem solving, interpersonal, and financial analysis skills
  • Goal oriented, motivated self-starter, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external customers required
  • Strong PC skills and Excel, and experience with other Microsoft Office products: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Associate Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Directly related experience in finance or accounting and in progressively responsible positions desirable
  • In lieu of degree, 3-5 years of related experience that yields equivalent level of knowledge, skills, and experience
