Job Description

Seeking a client facing Design Build Estimator/Project Manager who will collaborate closely with our leasing team to optimize project outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead front-end efforts for Interior Tenant Buildouts, managing projects from conception through estimating and bidding
  • Coordinate with design teams, tenant needs, and owner expectations to ensure timely and budget-conscious project launches
  • Provide pre-lease pricing and develop early-stage budgets in collaboration with the leasing team
  • Translate lease terms and tenant requirements into actionable directives for the design team, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations
  • Oversee the bidding process, evaluate subcontractors, and ensure that projects meet quality standards and safety protocols

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on estimating and project management
  • Proven experience in tenant improvements, building renovations, and mechanical system projects
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a strong detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while effectively collaborating with diverse teams
