Job Responsibility:
Working closely with customers and using data analytics to get customer insights
1st point of contact for Grow for order to cash related questions
Evaluating cost to serve efficiency and cost, especially inefficiencies from ordering behavior, using customer insights to propose and drive improvements
Input to commercial contract (Logistic, TTS, electronic data exchange)
Data Visualization: Create reports to communicate key supply chain metrics and insights to stakeholders
Integrating new customers and channels into existing processes in close alignment with CD
Managing recalls together with quality and CBD (control/support for shipping communication, monitoring of quantities & costs)
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in going to market supply chain functions as Customer Service or Logistics
