Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team on a Contract-to-Permanent basis in Mitchellville, Iowa. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless customer transactions, supporting operations, and delivering exceptional service. This position requires flexibility and adaptability to meet varying business needs.

Job Responsibility:

Process cash and card transactions with precision and efficiency
Assist in managing outbound scale house operations, ensuring smooth workflows
Handle flat-rate vehicle transactions by stepping outside to facilitate payments
Fill scheduling gaps as required, demonstrating adaptability to changing needs
Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls and direct interactions
Utilize CRM systems and other computer programs to maintain accurate records and resolve customer inquiries

Requirements:

Experience with CRM systems and computer programs to manage customer data
Strong ability to answer inbound calls and assist customers effectively
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and varying business demands
Previous experience in customer service or similar roles preferred
