Job Responsibility:
Engage with customers across multiple channels—phone, email, and face-to-face—to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide outstanding service
Process and place orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring every detail is correct and customers leave happy
Build lasting relationships by listening, understanding needs, and offering solutions that make a difference
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely communication
Stay ahead of the curve by learning our products and services inside out, so you can confidently guide customers
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer support or success
Proficiency in navigating and utilizing multiple web browsers efficiently
Strong skills in email correspondence and written communication with attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and resolve issues effectively
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Familiarity with customer feedback tools and processes
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
