Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers while utilizing various tools and systems to ensure a smooth and efficient experience. This is a short-term opportunity lasting three weeks, ideal for someone with strong customer service skills and technical proficiency.

Job Responsibility:

Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Utilize CRM and other software tools to manage customer interactions efficiently
Assist customers with billing and benefit-related functions, ensuring clarity and satisfaction
Handle customer concerns with professionalism and resolve issues effectively
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience
Use Avaya CMS to monitor call metrics and maintain service standards
Leverage Epic Software to manage and document customer data accurately
Provide clear and concise communication to customers regarding their financial services needs
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all interactions
Offer solutions and recommendations to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Experience with ADP or similar financial services tools
Proficiency in CRM systems and other computer programs
Familiarity with Avaya CMS and Epic Software
Strong ability to handle inbound calls and assist customers effectively
Knowledge of billing and benefit functions
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Previous experience in a customer service or support role preferred
