Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Simi Valley, California. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer interactions and seamless office operations.

Job Responsibility:

Input and manage leads while coordinating sales or service appointments to streamline operations
Oversee inventory management, including shirt fulfillment, to ensure timely delivery and availability
Organize and request customer reviews, celebrating positive feedback and addressing areas for improvement
Receive packages, maintain office supplies, and ensure the office environment is well-stocked and organized
Welcome guests, vendors, and new hires by creating a positive and detail-oriented first impression
Utilize scheduling tools and cloud systems to efficiently manage administrative tasks
Provide support in billing functions and assist customers with inquiries
Collaborate with the team to implement process-driven solutions and improve customer satisfaction
Handle inbound calls promptly and courteously, addressing customer needs with a service-oriented approach
Use CRM and other software tools to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support roles
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and cloud-based systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to proactively manage multiple tasks
Familiarity with CRM platforms and software such as ADP, Avaya CMS, and Epic Software
Excellent follow-up skills and a commitment to delivering a customer-first experience
Warm and approachable demeanor with a team-oriented attitude
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software programs
Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
