We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in The Colony, Texas. This role involves working closely with a specific group of clients to ensure their needs are met effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to delivering exceptional service.
Job Responsibility:
Address and resolve client inquiries and issues through ticketing systems promptly and professionally
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to foster trust and satisfaction
Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
Utilize basic Excel skills to organize client data and generate reports
Communicate effectively via email and other platforms to ensure clear and accurate correspondence
Troubleshoot connectivity issues and provide timely solutions
Collaborate with team members to improve customer success processes
Adapt to remote work settings while being available to attend occasional in-office meetings
Uphold reliability and dependability in all aspects of the role
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
Proficiency in managing multiple browsers and systems simultaneously
Strong written communication skills for effective email correspondence
Ability to address customer success challenges and provide solutions
Familiarity with resolving connectivity problems
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data organization and reporting
Must be able to type at least 35 words per minute
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently
