Robert Half is seeking an empathetic and detail-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to ensure exceptional client interactions and drive satisfaction across the organization. Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and processes to assist clients effectively
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally
  • Ensure client concerns are addressed by working collaboratively with relevant internal teams
  • Document customer interactions, resolutions, and feedback in the company’s CRM system for accurate recordkeeping and reporting
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for service improvement
  • Suggest enhancements to processes or services that can improve the client experience
  • Build relationships and trust with customers by providing clear and helpful communication
  • Assist in training team members on customer service best practices to promote consistency and excellence in client interactions
  • Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and report findings to leadership
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align customer strategies with broader business goals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or customer experience roles (2+ years preferred)
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to handle challenging conversations while remaining empathetic and solution-oriented
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify trends and propose actionable improvements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems
  • A solid understanding of client relationship management and service improvement strategies
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • bachelor’s degree or specialized certifications preferred
