We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Woodstock, Georgia. Job Responsibility:

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone and email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • assist customers in troubleshooting connectivity problems and ensure their concerns are effectively handled
  • manage multiple browsers and systems simultaneously to retrieve and input relevant information during client interactions
  • maintain accurate and timely email correspondence with customers to address their needs
  • collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and success
  • document customer interactions and solutions accurately to ensure continuity and quality of service
  • stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide informed assistance
  • identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest innovative solutions
  • meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in call center customer service or a similar role
  • proficiency in managing multiple browsers and systems during customer interactions
  • strong skills in email correspondence and clear, concise communication
  • demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues
  • a customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering quality service
