We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Walpole, New Hampshire. In this role, you will focus on delivering exceptional service to both online and in-store customers. Job Responsibility:
Provide outstanding support to customers in both online and retail settings, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns
Handle customer inquiries through email, phone, and other communication channels with professionalism and efficiency
Collaborate with departments such as Shipping, Production, and Factory teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience
Work closely with the E-Commerce team and retail staff to address discrepancies and resolve complaints
Utilize NetSuite or similar order entry systems to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Troubleshoot connectivity or technical issues that may impact customer service operations
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
Stay informed about company products, policies, and services to provide accurate information to customers
Identify opportunities to improve customer processes and implement solutions in collaboration with the team
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment
Proficiency in handling multiple browsers and navigating online systems for order processing
Strong skills in email correspondence and effective communication
Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues and ensure customer success
Experience troubleshooting connectivity challenges and technical issues
High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage customer interactions and records
Familiarity with NetSuite or similar order entry systems is highly preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
