We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Cottage Grove, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring exceptional customer service by managing various aspects of customer communication and service documentation. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an opportunity to grow and transition into a long-term role within the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
Create and close service requests while maintaining accurate documentation
Track and log all customer interactions to ensure seamless communication
Conduct follow-up calls to confirm service completion and customer satisfaction
Schedule technician appointments and ensure timely service delivery
Perform virtual assessments to identify customer needs and provide solutions
Follow established quoting protocols and maintain compliance standards
Support service efficiency by streamlining processes and tracking performance metrics
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness
Participate in training and knowledge checks to ensure readiness for role progression
Requirements:
Previous experience in call center or customer service roles
Proficiency in navigating multiple web browsers and managing email correspondence
Strong ability to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
Familiarity with troubleshooting connectivity issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
