We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to support day-to-day customer interactions and order-related activities in Arlington, Tennessee. Job Responsibility
Respond to customer inquiries through email and provide clear, thorough updates on requests and order status
Enter customer orders accurately into internal systems while verifying details for completeness and correctness
Create, review, and manage purchase order information to support efficient transaction processing
Use SAP and browser-based tools to access records, update account information, and track order activity
Coordinate across systems and communication channels to resolve issues and support a positive customer experience
Maintain organized documentation of customer interactions, order changes, and follow-up actions
Monitor assigned tasks closely to ensure deadlines are met and service expectations are maintained
Requirements
Experience handling customer service or customer experience responsibilities in a detail-focused setting
Ability to manage email correspondence with accuracy, courtesy, and attention to detail
Proficiency with order entry processes and maintaining precise transactional records
Working knowledge of SAP or a comparable enterprise system used for order and customer data management
Comfort navigating multiple browser windows and web-based applications throughout the workday
Familiarity with purchase orders and related administrative support tasks
Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
