We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Cleveland, Tennessee. In this Contract to permanent position, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring customers receive exceptional service and support. Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound customer calls to address service, maintenance, and repair inquiries
Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician dispatch to resolve customer concerns promptly
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing issues, providing reassurance, and ensuring a seamless experience
Create and update customer accounts in the company's system to maintain accurate records
Manage and organize account and service details using spreadsheets and other administrative tools
Follow up on customer requests to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Assist with administrative duties, including tracking appointments and running reports for organizational efficiency
Prioritize urgent customer needs while managing ongoing tasks effectively
Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining customer trust and encouraging referrals through excellent service.
Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role or similar position
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with customers
Proficiency in CRM systems and office software such as Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail for accurate data entry and account management
Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively and efficiently
Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and urgent customer needs
Prior experience scheduling appointments and coordinating service activities is preferred.
