We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Coppell, Texas. This contract-to-permanent position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment within the mortgage industry. The role requires excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer support.
Job Responsibility:
Handle inquiries related to mortgages, escrow accounts, tax questions, payments, refinancing options, and early-stage collections up to 60 days
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls using multiple core systems and AI tools to ensure efficient customer interactions
Provide exceptional customer service while balancing the need to address collections in early stages
Navigate and utilize a variety of systems and tools to resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently
Support customers with payment issues, connectivity challenges, and account-related concerns
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent service quality and meet performance goals
Participate in rotational Saturday shifts, ensuring coverage and availability for customer needs
Maintain a detail-oriented approach and adhere to business casual dress code while representing the company
Uphold company standards for customer success and contribute to a positive experience for all clients
Engage in training, nesting, and coaching programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or call center environments, preferably in a high-volume setting
Ability to effectively navigate and utilize multiple systems, including AI tools, for customer interactions
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a detail-oriented and empathetic approach
Adaptability and resourcefulness in handling diverse customer inquiries and challenges
Basic understanding of mortgage-related processes or willingness to learn
Proven ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with email correspondence and multi-browser navigation
Availability to work rotational Saturday shifts as required
