Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Uniontown, Ohio. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service by coordinating schedules, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth dispatch operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Schedule and coordinate service calls efficiently to ensure timely resolution for customers
Manage and optimize technician routes, reviewing schedules to improve productivity
Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information to address their needs
Dispatch technicians to various service appointments while maintaining clear communication
Complete and update service tickets accurately, ensuring all necessary details are documented
Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or emergencies
Utilize CRM tools and other computer programs to track and manage customer interactions
Support customers by resolving issues and providing detailed assistance
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or dispatching role
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant computer software
Strong ability to answer inbound calls and assist customers effectively
Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules and technician routes
Capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to complete service tickets accurately
Familiarity with dispatching processes and customer support best practices
