Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Vacaville, California. This is a contract-to-permanent position where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring smooth communication processes. Job Responsibility:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team and ensure all details are accurately recorded
  • Respond to customer inquiries through online communication channels and make proactive outbound calls
  • Track all customer interactions and updates using the company’s CRM system
  • Follow established communication scripts to address a variety of customer concerns effectively
  • Assess customer needs, provide clear information, and identify solutions to enhance their experience
  • Contribute to the hiring and training of new Customer Experience Specialists if required
  • Meet individual and team performance targets by achieving both qualitative and quantitative goals
  • Adapt communication styles to suit different customer personalities and maintain a customer-focused approach

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • additional education is a plus
  • At least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, computer programs, and customer service practices
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • A dynamic personality with a detail-oriented and positive attitude
  • Excellent team collaboration skills, along with being dependable and hardworking
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to diverse communication styles
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required
