Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Green, Ohio. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer interactions. Job Responsibility:

Coordinate and schedule service calls for technicians, ensuring timely and efficient dispatch
Monitor and optimize technician routes to improve operational efficiency
Handle inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Review and adjust schedules to accommodate customer needs and technician availability
Complete and manage service tickets, ensuring accuracy and thorough documentation
Assist customers with appointment scheduling and provide updates on service progress
Utilize CRM and other computer programs to maintain accurate records and streamline workflows
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in customer service, dispatching, or a related role
Proficiency in CRM software and other computer programs
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective customer interactions
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Experience handling inbound calls and providing customer assistance
Problem-solving skills to address scheduling conflicts and customer concerns
