Job Description:

We are looking for a success-driven Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Lyndhurst, New Jersey. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service by managing customer orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic retail environment while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process customer orders with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring timely fulfillment
  • Investigate purchase requests and provide detailed follow-ups on shipping information
  • Assist customers with returns and address concerns regarding product quality
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone and email
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service standards and streamline operations
  • Utilize e-commerce platforms and Salesforce tools to manage customer interactions
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies to address customer inquiries effectively
  • Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is preferred
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is required
  • Must be comfortable working on-site in Lyndhurst, New Jersey
  • Familiarity with call center operations, order entry systems, or e-commerce platforms is a plus
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and address customer concerns effectively
