Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join a team in Malvern, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term contract position within the high-tech electronics industry. The role involves providing exceptional support to clients through professional communication, collaborative teamwork, and process improvement.

Job Responsibility:

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively
handle written communication with clients, providing clear and concise responses to their questions
utilize Microsoft Office Suite to manage and organize customer data and correspondence
collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and service standards are upheld
maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
assist in training new team members and sharing best practices
monitor customer feedback and report trends to management
contribute to the overall success of the customer operations team by meeting performance goals

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or operations role
proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
strong written and verbal communication skills
ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
familiarity with hybrid work environments and adaptability to change
commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
