We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Kentucky. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Order Management team during a scheduled leave, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining service excellence. This position is 100% onsite and will require close collaboration with an established team to meet organizational standards and timelines.
Job Responsibility:
Accurately enter and validate orders, ensuring all entries are double-checked and approved by the team or manager
Process shipment tracking numbers upon request and ensure timely updates
Prepare quotes for component pricing and handle warranty claim entries
Assist with managing orders and portals, adhering to company procedures
Maintain compliance with established practices and service level agreements (SLAs)
Communicate professionally and effectively with both internal colleagues and external clients
Support the team by adapting quickly to standard operating procedures and workflows
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth handling of moderate-to-high volume tasks
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume tasks
Proven experience in customer service or order entry, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Familiarity with SAP or similar systems is a plus
Ability to manage multiple browsers and email correspondence efficiently
Prior experience in customer success or call center environments
Capable of adapting quickly and following established procedures
Must be available on-site during core business hours, Monday through Friday
