We are looking for a success-driven and detail-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Boulder, Colorado. As part of this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction across various communication channels. Job Responsibility:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring a high level of service
  • Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues and other technical concerns with efficiency and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Manage multi-line phone systems and handle high call volumes with confidence and clarity
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer success strategies and improve service delivery
  • Utilize CRM tools and Microsoft programs to track, analyze, and optimize customer engagement
  • Assist customers in understanding traffic laws and regulations, providing clear and concise explanations
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision, ensuring all information is updated and accurate
  • Engage with the community to build strong relationships and promote customer loyalty
  • Stay informed about company products and services to provide knowledgeable support to customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
  • Proficiency in handling multi-browsers and navigating computer programs effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear and effective email correspondence and phone interactions
  • Experience troubleshooting connectivity problems and providing technical assistance
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools for managing customer data
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations to assist customers accurately
