We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team near Saddle Brook, New Jersey. Job Responsibility:
Maintain and manage organizational systems to ensure accurate data and a reliable database
Support the Client Experience team throughout the entire lifecycle of work orders, from creation to post-service stages
Collaborate with Field Team Leads to oversee post-service work orders and enhance the "resolved status" phase within the workflow
Generate detailed reports and analyze customer feedback, sales trends, and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement
Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize data, create reports, and support operational needs
Manage email correspondence effectively to ensure clear communication with clients and team members
Handle CRM systems to monitor customer interactions and ensure data integrity
Provide administrative assistance to streamline processes and support team operations
Monitor work orders to ensure timely completion and resolve any operational bottlenecks
Requirements:
Proficiency in managing CRM systems and maintaining accurate databases
Strong skills in email correspondence and detail-oriented communication
Experience handling work orders and overseeing their lifecycle
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Previous experience in customer service or client experience roles is preferred
