Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and schedule meetings while managing calendars with precision
Send meeting invitations and links, ensuring all participants have the necessary information
Record and document meeting minutes for future reference and action
Perform accurate data entry and maintain organizational records
Manage and update spreadsheets to ensure data consistency
Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and resolve any concerns
Support client relations through additional administrative tasks and projects
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall client experience
Requirements:
At least 1+ years of experience in operational, administrative, or client service roles
Previous experience in the financial services industry is preferred
Proficiency in using SmartOffice, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Excellent follow-through to ensure tasks are completed effectively
Outstanding communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
