We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Indian Wells, California. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone passionate about delivering top-notch service and skilled in cash handling, data entry, and customer support. Job Responsibility:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues through inbound calls
  • Accurately handle financial transactions, including cash handling, check cashing, and payment processing
  • Maintain precise records by performing data entry tasks and adhering to company policies
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve challenges effectively
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer information and track interactions efficiently
  • Offer guidance to customers regarding service benefits and product features
  • Stay organized in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks without compromising quality
  • Uphold compliance standards by following established procedures and regulations
  • Contribute to team goals by demonstrating a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of company products, services, and systems to better assist customers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cash handling, such as roles in banking, retail, or check cashing services
  • Strong background in delivering outstanding customer service in retail or call center settings
  • Proficiency in data entry with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to navigate multiple software platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments while meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrated teamwork and independent problem-solving capabilities
  • Prior experience in high-volume retail or customer-focused roles is highly desirable
