We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join a busy service-driven team in Wisconsin. This contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, communicates with professionalism, and can keep customer interactions organized and on track. The person in this role will support daily service operations by handling inbound inquiries, coordinating appointments, and helping create a smooth experience for customers and internal teams.
Job Responsibility
Manage a high volume of incoming customer calls and respond with professionalism, accuracy, and a service-focused approach
Arrange service and project appointments through ServiceTitan while ensuring scheduling details are complete and accurate
Track new inquiries and customer requests, following established procedures to move each item through the proper workflow
Partner closely with dispatch, field personnel, and other team members to maintain coverage and support efficient daily operations
Record customer conversations, appointment updates, and follow-up activities in the appropriate system with strong attention to detail
Provide timely updates to customers through phone and email correspondence to keep communication clear and consistent
Assist with coordinating service-related needs in an HVAC and construction-oriented environment where priorities may shift quickly
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar customer-facing role
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once while working across several browser windows and systems
Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a detail-oriented and courteous approach
Previous experience with email correspondence and customer follow-up in a fast-paced business setting
Comfort working in a high-call-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness
Experience with scheduling or service management software
ServiceTitan experience is strongly preferred
Background supporting HVAC, construction, trades, or other field service operations is highly valued
Dependable attendance, a coachable attitude, and the ability to learn established processes quickly
