We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. In this contract-to-permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer interactions while addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to navigate digital tools effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Accurately enter and process customer orders into internal systems, ensuring compliance with company policies, pricing, and turnaround times
Verify order details, product availability, information, and shipping requirements to prevent errors or delays
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and internal systems, delivering prompt and professional service
Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product information, pricing, and delivery timelines
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, billing, inventory, logistics) to resolve order discrepancies and ensure timely fulfillment
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, notes, and documentation within CRM or order management systems
Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and escalations while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Assist with returns, exchanges, credits, and adjustments in accordance with company procedures
Meet productivity, accuracy, and service-level benchmarks in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Previous experience specifically in order entry and working with various ERP systems
Proficiency in handling multi-browsers and digital tools
Strong skills in email correspondence and written communication
Ability to troubleshoot connectivity problems with attention to detail
Demonstrated commitment to customer success and satisfaction
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with problem-solving techniques in customer service scenarios
