Customer Experience Specialist

• Manage incoming orders from vendors and ensure timely responses to inquiries
• Accurately input customer orders into the system while maintaining attention to detail
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in customer orders, such as missing or incorrect items
• Collaborate with various departments to troubleshoot delivery issues, including transportation delays and product shortages
• Prepare delivery tickets prior to shipping and confirm receipt of deliveries
• Communicate updates and procedural changes effectively with internal stakeholders
• Address customer concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and resolution
• Monitor and revise purchase orders as needed, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and order histories for reporting purposes
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance customer service processes

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
• Proficiency in using computer systems and data entry tools
• Experience in managing vendor or customer relationships
• Familiarity with order processing systems is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
