As a Customer Experience Specialist for Treatwell, you'll be the first point of contact for our UK & Ireland based business partners, answering queries by phone, live chat and email. Whilst providing a best-in-class level of service, this role requires someone who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and can maintain and enhance our brand reputation through positive interactions and effective problem solving. Job Responsibility
Providing exceptional customer service through multiple communication channels
Building rapport with customers to resolve issues
Using tools like Salesforce to document communications
Maintaining and exceeding key performance indicators
Gathering and relaying customer feedback
Advising partner salons to help them grow
Maintaining consistent communications with Partner Success teams
