Job Description:

This role involves engaging with customers to ensure smooth and accurate payment transactions while providing exceptional service. Flexibility is key, as scheduling will vary based on business needs.

Job Responsibility:

Process cash and card payments efficiently and accurately to support customer transactions
Manage outbound scale house operations, including assisting flat-rate vehicle transactions on-site
Step outside the facility to complete transactions for specific vehicle payments as needed
Fill scheduling gaps and adapt to varying work hours to meet operational requirements
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless customer experiences
Utilize various computer programs and CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions
Respond to inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries and service requests

Requirements:

Familiarity with CRM platforms and other computer programs
Strong ability to answer inbound calls and address customer needs effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work outdoors when needed to support vehicle transactions
Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and operational demands
