Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and provide accurate information, referrals, or assistance based on client needs
Maintain detailed records of all client interactions using web-based systems
Stay informed about community resources and services to effectively address client concerns
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of client issues
Deliver exceptional customer service in every communication, upholding organizational standards
Utilize software tools such as CRM systems, billing platforms, and chat programs to manage tasks efficiently
Assist clients with benefit and billing inquiries while providing clear and concise explanations
Handle customer calls professionally, ensuring their needs are addressed in a timely manner
Monitor and analyze data using tools like Avaya CMS to optimize service performance
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
Requirements:
Associate’s degree or higher preferred
equivalent experience and education beyond high school will be considered
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a call center environment
Background in social sciences such as public health, social work, psychology, or criminology is advantageous
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
Proficiency in web-based systems, chat platforms, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Bilingual Spanish/English skills are highly preferred
Familiarity with tools like Epic Software, ADP, and CRM systems is beneficial
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Nice to have:
