Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Richardson, Texas. In this Contract-to-permanent role, you will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with various departments while providing exceptional support to both customers and new staff.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide detailed information about products, pricing, availability, and order tracking to customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring timely shipments and clear communication
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and order issues, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Assist customers in navigating and utilizing the company website for their needs
  • Process orders received through various channels such as ePic, email, or fax, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Monitor order activity, identify potential delivery issues, and proactively communicate updates to relevant parties
  • Expedite order deliveries as necessary and perform backend order maintenance for seamless processing
  • Stay up-to-date on company products and procedures through continuous training and development
  • Provide guidance and support to new team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at improving service levels and operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent certification preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer support or similar role
  • Proficiency in handling purchase orders and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to navigate and utilize web tools and systems for order management
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and uphold company values such as humility, hunger, and continuous improvement
