Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Roseville, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring exceptional client experiences through effective communication, meticulous follow-through, and event coordination. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment and is committed to delivering outstanding service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide administrative support to the associate advisor, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • perform general office administration tasks, handling approximately 10% of your workload
  • manage client interactions, including scheduling meetings, preparing for appointments, and following up afterward
  • coordinate logistics for events such as retirement classes, seminars, and other gatherings with attendees
  • serve as the first point of contact for clients, creating a welcoming and attentive environment
  • deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations
  • organize calendars and schedules to ensure smooth operations and timely follow-ups
  • assist with meeting preparation, ensuring all materials and details are ready for client-facing engagements
  • contribute to the success of events by managing attendee lists and handling logistics
  • foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues through strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in call centers or client-facing positions
  • proficiency in managing multiple web browsers and handling email correspondence effectively
  • strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks without errors
  • exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and extroverted personality
  • ability to address connectivity issues and provide solutions promptly
  • a proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate next steps and adapt to changing situations
  • excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients and team members effectively
  • capability to balance calculated risks and facilitate changes when necessary.
