Job Responsibility:
Provide timely and efficient customer support during events, ensuring all inquiries are addressed professionally
Manage schedules and maintain accurate records to ensure smooth operations
Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly
Oversee email correspondence to ensure clear and concise communication with clients
Troubleshoot connectivity issues and assist customers with technical challenges
Utilize multiple browsers and tools to manage inquiries efficiently
Collaborate with team members to improve customer success strategies
Monitor and report on customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
Handle call center tasks, maintaining a high level of professionalism and support
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center environment
Proficiency in handling multi-browser systems and online tools
Strong skills in email correspondence and written communication
Ability to resolve connectivity issues and provide technical support
Proven track record in delivering customer success and satisfaction
