Our client, a leading company in the high-end interior design industry, is looking for an After-Sales Service Specialist (Customer Experience) to join its dynamic team in Montreal. If you are looking for a stable environment where your autonomy and initiative will be valued, this After-Sales Service Specialist (Customer Experience) position in Montreal is the perfect opportunity for you. As the central pivot of the post-purchase customer experience, you will ensure the complete management of claims and technical support files. Your role will be to guarantee impeccable customer satisfaction by coordinating solutions between customers, international suppliers, and internal departments.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage after-sales service requests (calls and emails) for ceramic and plumbing products
  • Analyze technical issues and propose appropriate solutions to customers (B2B and B2C)
  • Ensure rigorous and transparent follow-up on each file to maintain a high level of trust
  • Collaborate with suppliers and logistics departments for product replacements
  • Accurately document all interventions in the SAP Business One system

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service
  • Stable professional background demonstrating long-term commitment
  • Strong self-learning ability and high level of resourcefulness
  • Proficiency with IT tools (knowledge of SAP is an asset)
  • Proficiency in English and French is essential
