The Customer Service Team supports the Enterprise Business segment and is the main customer liaison for their orders. This includes customer queries, and order intake issues, in a complex and exciting B2B environment. You will play a crucial role in crafting the customer experience at CommScope. By forging positive relationships with both customers and internal teams, and delivering exceptional service that leaves a lasting impact.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as a central figure, providing crucial support to our Business Segments and acting as the primary point of contact for customer orders
Handle customer queries, lead all aspects of order intake and management, and ensure the successful delivery of goods within a complex B2B environment
Deliver outstanding customer service, taking full ownership of resolving queries and meticulously managing customer orders from the initial sale all the way through to delivery and invoicing
Collaborate seamlessly with multiple functions to meet and exceed customer expectations
Requirements:
Previous experience in a data-driven environment within a matrix and multinational organisation
English speaker mandatory
Microsoft tools especially Excel knowledge
Nice to have:
Experience in SAP, CRM, Salesforce
Familiarity with Power BI, Advanced Excel, Power Apps, and automation tools is a plus
Proficiency in other EMEA languages such French or Dutch
