About the opportunity This is a dynamic, office-based customer experience role supporting distributors, customers, internal teams, and external sales representatives. You will manage customer outcomes from order placement through to delivery, while also building product knowledge and commercial capability. The role offers variety across customer communication, order coordination, reporting, technical support, and sales enablement. Over time, the successful candidate can build towards broader opportunities within the business, supported by training, product exposure, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide timely responses to customer and distributor enquiries
  • Manage end-to-end order processing with speed and accuracy
  • Develop technical understanding of conveyor solutions and products
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support business growth
  • Maintain professional communication and strong attention to detail
  • Monitor backorder reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support delivery timelines
  • Act as a link between sales and operations

Requirements

  • Experience in order processing and distributor/customer management
  • Strong attention to accuracy and detail
  • Experience working with manufactured or assembled products
  • Capacity to develop product knowledge and technical understanding
  • Commercial mindset and ability to find practical solutions
  • The ability to liaise with customers, distributors, sales teams, and internal stakeholders

  • 2–3 years’ experience in customer service, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector
