Our client, a global leader in the plastic distribution industry with operations across America, Asia, and Europe, is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join their team in Barcelona. This is a strategic time to join the organization as the role evolves from a focus on operational tasks to high-level relationship management and analysis. You will be essential in supporting the Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH) markets and helping B2B clients utilize the company’s digital e-commerce platform.
Job Responsibility:
Become a strategic partner for B2B clients in the DACH region
Act as a subject matter expert for the DACH region and provide deeper product analysis for clients
Promote and guide customers through the use of the company’s established e-commerce platform
Analyze product trends and customer needs to provide proactive solutions
Handle operational tasks that the external provider cannot resolve
Act as a first-level point of contact for internal departments
Prioritize tasks efficiently while managing competing demands
Requirements:
Full Professional level of German
Full Professional level of English
High comfort level speaking with customers over the phone in German
Background in customer service or product analysis is preferred
