Job Description

Our client, a global leader in the plastic distribution industry with operations across America, Asia, and Europe, is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join their team in Barcelona. This is a strategic time to join the organization as the role evolves from a focus on operational tasks to high-level relationship management and analysis. You will be essential in supporting the French market and helping B2B clients utilize the company's digital e-commerce platform.

Job Responsibility

  • Become a strategic partner for B2B clients in the DACH region
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the DACH region and provide deeper product analysis for clients
  • Promote and guide customers through the use of the company's established e-commerce platform
  • Analyze product trends and customer needs to provide proactive solutions
  • Handle operational tasks that the external provider cannot resolve
  • Act as a first-level point of contact for internal departments
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently while managing competing demands

Requirements

  • High comfort level speaking with customers over the phone in German
  • Background in customer service or product analysis is preferred
  • Growth Mindset: An individual with development potential who is eager to grow as the position evolves over the coming months
  • An active listener who thrives in collaborative environments
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive mindset
