Job Description:

We’re partnering with a leading industry company to find a talented Customer Experience Project Manager with pharmaceutical experience. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic healthcare-focused organization. As part of the team, you'll manage diverse projects aimed at enhancing customer engagement and support strategic marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee daily operations of complex CRM campaigns, ensuring timely and flawless execution while coordinating with cross-functional teams
Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and generate status reports to keep stakeholders informed
Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to align project goals and optimize campaign performance
Identify performance improvement opportunities by analyzing campaign metrics and communicating insights to enhance engagement
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, manage timelines, and address risks proactively to ensure seamless delivery

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant experience
Three to five years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or directly related roles
Hands-on experience managing client relationships, campaigns, or response programs
Proven ability to lead multiple projects within fast-paced environments, with excellent communication skills
Strong analytical skills to derive insights and identify optimization opportunities
