Join a dynamic, values-driven business in Gateshead where you'll be the go-to expert resolving customer and partner queries across a wide product range while ensuring excellent customer journeys.

Job Responsibility:

  • Resolving technical and product queries from customers and service partners
  • Supporting the global sales team with product and technical questions
  • Investigating issues alongside the R&D team
  • Creating and maintaining user-friendly support materials (SOPs, videos, guides)
  • Delivering product training for internal teams and external partners
  • Providing feedback to improve communications and customer support tools
  • Identifying FAQs and proactively suggesting improvements
  • Collaborating with the wider customer experience team on servicing and order management

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to simplify complex issues
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Confident IT user (Office 365
  • CRM experience an advantage)
  • Background in chemistry/chemical manufacturing (desirable)
