As a Customer Experience Partner Nasal Polyps Drug Program within our Immunology team, you'll orchestrate all customer interactions using diverse messages and channels to deliver superior customer experiences to healthcare professionals and inspire them to provide the best solutions for patients. Join the team transforming care for people with immune challenges, rare diseases, cancers, and neurological conditions. In Immunology team, you'll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs.
Job Responsibility:
Consistently achieve sales objectives (units, value, market share) of the promoted product portfolio in your area
Act as a bridge between customer engagement functions
Lead and develop health communities to best serve patients
Manage customer insights (needs, feedback, pain points) and relay them to the team for outcome-driven communication
Collaborate with Customer Engagement to tailor customer journeys that address needs and solve pain points
Own and adapt communication with customers to meet their specific needs
Implement and manage customized activation strategies across all channels to ensure optimal customer experience
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years as a Medical Representative in a pharmaceutical company in Poland
Experience working with hospital-based physicians
Proven track record in delivering group presentations in hospital wards
Knowledge of working with drug programs would be a great asset
Knowledge of working in therapeutic areas specific to Nasal Polyps (Laryngology, Otolaryngology (ENT))
Sales management and scientific knowledge
Strategic analysis and planning capabilities
Project management skills
Strong interpersonal skills to negotiate, communicate, present, and persuade
Excellent collaboration and analytical skills
Ability to prioritize and work on own initiative with quality decision-making
Valid driving license category B
University degree, preferably in biology, biotechnology, chemistry, or pharmacy
Polish – full professional proficiency
Nice to have:
English language knowledge will be an asset
