We are seeking an adaptable, people-centric Customer Experience Manager in Spokane, WA to lead operations and team development for two key branch locations. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will act as the “heart” of the branch, balancing team coaching with hands-on customer advocacy. You will oversee a collaborative group of customer service and warehouse professionals in Spokane while managing monthly travel to support our Billings team.
Job Responsibility:
Hire, train, and develop the Spokane and Billings teams
Act as the point of contact for a large customer base
assist with quoting, track POs/shipments, and handle order fulfillment escalations
Oversee the daily integrity of branch inventory and warehouse efficiency
Manage branch-related expenses and budgets
Manage your own schedule to include monthly onsite visits to the Billings, MT facility
Requirements:
Experience supervising, managing, and developing people is essential
Strong experience in a service-related environment
Experience with budgeting, sales targets, or managing P&L/expense reports
Superior ability to manage your own schedule and prioritize tasks across multiple branch locations
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Nice to have:
Experience in industrial distribution or with capital equipment brands is highly desirable
Familiarity with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) or similar ERP systems is a plus
