Job Description:

Bayswater Toronto is looking for a customer experience management guest speaker to present to international students between April 6 and May 1, 2026 with more sessions later in the year. The guest speaker needs to be available to present during class time, which is 9:00 am to 12:15 pm Monday to Friday at our North York Centre location. We are looking for one or several guest presentations depending on availability.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver guest speaking lectures to customer experience management students in Bayswater’s professional certificate program
  • Provide students with insight into customer experience management in Canada
  • Answer student questions

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in customer experience, marketing, or applicable field
  • 3+ years experience
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality presentations
