Job Description:

This internship program offers university students the opportunity to join a leading IT company and gain invaluable experience through a 6-month internship (with possible extension). You'll work in Services Quote to Cash operations, supporting operational processes and working alongside industry professionals in a hybrid work environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Facilitate day-to-day operational processes related to front-end and/or back-end activity
  • Support activity related to team processes like customer order booking, order release, renewal activation, partner/sales request management
  • Support in resolving operational issues from the sales process flow
  • Issue reports related to assigned operational activity and analyse data
  • Request/share data and coordinate actions with other teams
  • Ensure verification, functionality, business control and compliance with audit requirements

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master's degree in Business/Economics
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong customer service mind-set
  • Result-oriented, self-started, able to achieve goals and objectives
  • Team player, communicative and flexible, quality mind-set
  • Fluent in English and any other language will be considered a plus
  • Have very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
