Job Description

This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about the travel industry firsthand, working alongside our Customer Experience Executives to deliver outstanding service to our clients and travel agents. The Customer Experience Intern will assist the Customer Experience team by providing support in various tasks, including responding to customer inquiries and interacting with clients and travel agents. As a learner, you will gain valuable experience in the travel industry, develop business acumen, and receive relevant training. You will have the opportunity to interact directly with clients on the ground and travel agents, providing support via phone calls, WhatsApp chats, and emails.

Job Responsibility

  • Client Interaction: Engage directly with clients on the ground and travel agents, providing support through phone calls, WhatsApp chats, and emails
  • Assist Executives: Support Customer Experience Executives with daily tasks, handling less complex workloads to ensure smooth operations
  • Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, resolving issues and providing information as needed
  • Training Participation: Attend relevant training sessions to enhance your understanding of the travel business and customer service excellence
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to share insights and contribute to improving customer experience strategies

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a similar field
  • Fluent in English with intermediate to advanced level of written and spoken proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and communication platforms like WhatsApp
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
