Job Description

This role involves managing various online platforms, ensuring efficient workflows, and driving performance improvements across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in eCommerce and project management.

Job Responsibility

  • Manages the company’s ecommerce website, including product launches, promotions, inventory updates, and merchandising accuracy
  • Communicate with customers by answering any problems, or solving any inventory issues
  • Maintains and activates listings across marketplaces such as Amazon Seller
  • Ensures all product are up to date
  • Monitors inventory levels, pricing, order flow, and work with the operations
  • Analyzes ecommerce sales performance and delivers regular reporting with actionable insights and recommendations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management
  • Hands-on expertise with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, and Amazon Seller Central
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes
  • Ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to improve performance
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with creative, social media, and operational teams
  • Experience managing B2B or B2C
