Job Responsibility:
Manages the company’s ecommerce website, including product launches, promotions, inventory updates, and merchandising accuracy
Communicate with customers by answering any problems, or solving any inventory issues
Maintains and activates listings across marketplaces such as Amazon Seller
Ensures all product are up to date
Monitors inventory levels, pricing, order flow, and work with the operations
Analyzes ecommerce sales performance and delivers regular reporting with actionable insights and recommendations
Requirements:
Proven experience in project management
Hands-on expertise with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, and Amazon Seller Central
Strong knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes
Ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to improve performance
Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with creative, social media, and operational teams
